We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that enhance system reliability, reduce manual workloads, and improve operational efficiency. A strong understanding of cloud-based environments, scripting, and process automation is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and system optimization.

• Implement automated solutions to streamline workflows, improve system performance, and reduce manual intervention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to identify automation opportunities.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery and deployment efficiency.

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through automated testing and monitoring.

• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, ensuring system reliability.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in automation, DevOps, and system integration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

• Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines.

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively with non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation frameworks

• Understanding of security best practices in automation and DevOps.

• Previous experience in the healthcare or senior living industry is a plus.
