We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data analysis, with a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles. Familiarity with the senior living industry and the ability to effectively collaborate with executives are essential for this role.

Job responsibilities

  • Become a Senior Living domain expert with current and future client data, source systems, and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators, measure business performance, and provide actionable insights for our clients.
  • Streamline formalized implementation processes to reduce customer onboarding time and improve customer experience.
  • Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability. Leverage DAX to further streamline and scale analytics across clients.
  • Develop systems/processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Work with Product, Development, and Data Integration teams to further enhance and automate the SeniorLytics analytics platform.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization (specifically PowerBI).
  • Integrate PowerBI/Fabric AI features into dashboards and reports. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the senior living industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the senior living industry.
